I am sure all of you have been told that you don't have what it takes and that you may not be good enough and you don't have enough people supporting you.
BUT
From Jhansi Ki Rani to Irom Sharmila,women have always stood up or their rights, fought their battles despite RESTRICTIONS and LIMITATIONS.They are the shining beacons of hope and have displayed exemplary dedication in their fields.

Most beautiful thing about having dreams is that , its in your hand how big your dreams become. No one can tell that your dream is small or your dream cannot come true or your dreams cannot be allowed because you are a girl or because you look a certain way or because you come from a certain place, do not be afraid to dream because DREAMS do come TRUE.
Whatever you do throw yourself into it, throw your HEAD, HEART and HANDS into it. Whatever you do please look upon it as a calling, as a passion, not as a job or something temporary.
You are lot more then what people think you are and you want to prove that and you want to find yourself . It's lot more important to accept yourself as opposed to others accepting you.
Other's opinion of you will always shift, their perspectives will keep changing.
Don't sit with the hope that we will get our dues, we need to get up and get it ourselves.
I want to say it to all the young women out there, there are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or for your fame but if you just focus on your work and you don't let people sidetrack you and someday when you get where you are going, you will look around and you will know it was you and the people who LOVE you, who put you there and that would be the greatest feeling in the world!
Please help others RISE, Greatness comes not from the position but from helping build the future.
All of us in the position of POWER have OBLIGATIONS to pull others UP !
